Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Depending on how busy we are, we may be able to do customs. You can send a custom request through the website.
Q: How do I use the code for my order?
A: After adding items to your cart, click on the check out button. Then in the order summary box there is a selection to add a discount code or gift card. Click on the link and enter the code then click apply. This will discount your cart. Some items are not eligible for the codes, such as stakes and sets.
Q: Do you offer digital files?
A: We do not offer digital files. We sell only finished signs that are ready to stake. Every order comes printed directly to coroplast and contour cut.
Q: How long does it take to get my signs?
A: Orders are delivered based on the shipping method of choice, expedited or standard. Expedited is within 3-4 days and sent via FEDEX Overnight. Some orders may arrive in less than 48 hours, and some may take 4 days. On occasion, we have had some weather issues causing severe delays with FEDEX. We do NOT guarantee shipping time so please plan ahead or make alternate plans until your order is in hand. Never count on an order to be there for a specific job or you may disappoint a customer.
Q: Can you give me an update on my shipping?
A: Tracking numbers are input as we receive them. These tracking numbers are the most updated information we have. If you have further questions, you can contact Fedex, and they can usually assist you.
Q: Do the signs come with stakes?
A: No, we do not include stakes with our signs. We do have stakes available to purchase through our website.
